This Court had directed the counsel for the petitioner to take private notice to the respondents 2 and 3. It is seen that the learned counsel has not taken any steps to serve notice on the second and third respondents and no proof has been filed.

based on the representation made by the petitioner. As no steps are taken by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner to serve the second and third respondents, no orders can be passed by this Court.

3. This Writ Petition has been pending from July 2019 onwards without any steps being taken to serve the notice on the second and third respondents.

4. In the result, the Writ Petition is dismissed on the ground of non-prosecution. No Costs.
