(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 294(b) and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.1210 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that due to property dispute, the petitioner along with his friend abused the de-facto complainant with filthy language and also threatened him with dire consequences. Hence, the complaint.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Therefore, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there are totally two accused in this case and the petitioner is added as A1. He would further submit that there are two previous cases pending against the petitioner. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the antecedents of the petitioner are reported to be bad , this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
