ORDER

The prayer made in this writ petition is to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representations dated 25.04.2014 and 02.05.2014 and to take appropriate action against the respondents 4 and 5 in view of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2014, in respect of survey No.341/52 measuring 2 Acres and 19 cents, Zamin Pallavaram Village, Saidapet Taluk, now Tambaram Taluk, Kanchipuram District. 2.Today, when this matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication herein.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
