ORDER
The contempt petition was filed on the ground that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.35514 of 2023 dated 03.01.2024, was not complied with. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted the closure report dated 12.08.2024. It is seen that the parties were enquired by the police and the dispute was found to be civil in nature and the parties were directed to workout their remedy before the Civil Court. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the enquiry was not properly conducted and the order passed by this Court is not complied by the respondent police.
4.Considering the limited scope of the contempt jurisdiction, it is left open to the petitioner to workout her remedy in the manner known to law before the concerned Court. If according to the petitioner, a criminal case is made out, the petitioner can always workout her remedy by way of filing a private complaint and the decision taken by the police does not stop the petitioner from pursuing her remedy. Except giving this clarity, no further orders can be passed in this contempt petition.
