ORDER

With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This Writ Petition is filed to direct the fourth respondent to measure the land in Pallur Village in Patta No.850 in Survey No.528/2 and 1 Part in 35 which is 2.05 cents [891.89 sq.ft.] of land by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 15.06.2022.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
