O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.Mp.No.6218 of 2020 in Crl.Op.No.13539 of 2020, order dated 13.10.2020 that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 am, until further orders.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.Mp.No.6218 of 2020 in Crl.OP.No.13539 of 2020, on 13.10.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police station on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5.With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
