In continuation of the order dated 08.10.2021, the Registry has put up a note stating that the money deposited by the defendants was invested in Indian Bank, Madras High Court and as on today, the face value of the deposit including interest is Rs.1,60,41,477/-. 2.Since the Hon'ble Supreme Court has transferred the present suit to the file of the High Court, Delhi and also directed the defendants to furnish bank guarantee of Rs.50 lakhs each in favour of the Registrar, High Court, Delhi, there is no necessity to retain the money deposited by the defendants in this Court. Hence, Application No.3259 of 2021 filed by the defendants is allowed to the effect that the Registrar General, Madras High Court shall return the money deposited by the respective defendants along with accrued interest within 15 days on receipt of the request from the respective parties or their counsels and shall obtain the receipt duly stamped from them.
