ORDER

The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that after the present writ petition was filed for a Mandamus to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, the respondents have passed an order rejecting the request of the petitioner has to be challenged. He therefore submits that this writ petition may be allowed to withdrawn with liberty to challenge the order passed by the respondents.

2. This Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the impugned order passed by the respondents School Education Department. No costs.
