2.Ms.G.V.Shoba, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent has no objection for ordering this petition. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above petition and recording the no objection given by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and C.M.A.No.546 of 2013 is restored to file.
