This petition is filed seeking substitution service in respect of respondents 8 to 13.

The petitioner is permitted for paper publication in any one of the widely circulated English newspaper and Tamil News paper (Coimbatore Edition) respectively within a period of ten days from the date of a receipt of a copy of this order.

The petition, accordingly, stands ordered.
