2. When the matters taken up for hearing, Mr.K.Karthik Jaganathan, learned Government Advocate who takes notice for the respondent in W.P.No.19122 of 2023 and Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondent in 2/4

W.P.No.19265 of 2023, submitted that, in response to the representation, notice was issued to the petitioner and enquiry was conducted under Section 81 of Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act and a report has been submitted and therefore, the Writ Petitions have become infructuous.

3. The submission made by the learned Government Advocate that Section 81 proceedings had already been completed and a report had also been submitted before the Revenue Authority, is recorded and consequently, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
