This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to implead the petitioner herein/S.Yogaraj as the 17th respondent in C.R.P.(PD)No.2320 of 2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition.

3. Permission is granted to the learned counsel to withdraw the petition. He has also made an endorsement in the bundle to that effect.

4. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
