Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent not to compell the petitioner to settle the alleged dues allegedly due to the 3rd respondent herein or to sell the property belonged to the petitioner herein bearing Agricultural Land measuring an extent of 13.94 Acres in Survey Nos.309, 310, 312 and 312/4 situate at Telegupalayam Village, Coimbatore, Registration District of Coimbatore to the 3rd respondent herein. The learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the matter has been amicably settled and the Crime No.42 of 2014 registered on the file of the Inspector of Police, Anti Land Grabbing Cell, Coimbatore, based on the complaint given by the petitioner has been closed as "Mistake of fact."
2. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2, nothing survives in this petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
