When the case was taken up for hearing on 18.01.2018, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted today under the caption "for dismissal. Even today, there is representation for the petitioner either in person or through its learned counsel.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the relief sought for herein is related to the Academic Year 2012-13 and hence, nothing survives for adjudication at this distant point of time. 3.In view of the same, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
