The contempt petition has been filed against the respondents to punish them for their wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 30.10.2019, W.P.No.30754 of 2019.

2. Learned Government Advocate (F) submitted that the order passed by this Court on 30.10.2019 has been complied with favorably and he also produced a copy of the order dated 31.12.2020. The submission of the Government Advocate (F) has been duly affirmed by the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. In view of the same, this Contempt petition is closed and the contemnors are discharged from the contempt proceedings. It is needless to mention that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the order, it is open to him to challenge the same in accordance with law, if so advised. No costs.
