Sathiamurthy ----- COMMON ORDER When these matters are taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner in Contempt Petition No.533 of 2021 would submit that the respondent may be directed to put up the L Shape Wall to the extent of 6 ft width X 4 ft Height X 7 ft Length in the shop as maintained by the petitioner.

2.The learned counsel for respondent submits that the respondent accepts to maintain the extent as suggested by the petitioner. 3.In view of the above, the respondent is directed to maintain the L shape Wall to the extent of 6 ft width X 4 ft Height X 7 ft Length in her respective shop as maintained by the petitioner and remove the excess wood fittings if it has been put up beyond the aforesaid extent.

4. In view of the above directions, the Contempt Petition No.533 of 2021 is closed. Since the Contempt Petition No.226 of 2024 is closed as 2/4

per the aforesaid direction, the contempt petition No.226 of 2024 becomes infructuous.
