This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus directing the respondents to dispose of the review petition dated 5.2.2014 submitted by the petitioner and for consequential relief. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the review petition dated 05.02.2014 was already disposed of and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
