ORDER
It appears that the petitioner is the wife of the second respondent, who is working in Indian Overseas Bank, Arumbakkam Branch in 100 feet Road Branch, Chennai bearing Roll No.43656 and drawing a gross salary of Rs.71,664.63 per month and the 2nd respondent / the husband of the petitioner is going to retire in this month i.e on 31.06.2018 and due to some family dispute, the petitioner under threat that the 2nd respondent will take away all his retirement benefits and hence, she came forward to file this writ petition with a prayer to grant her half of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
retirement benefits of her husband/2nd respondent who is working as a Clerk in Indian Overseas Bank at Chennai and also seeking for an interim relief not to disburse the retirement benefit to the 2nd respondent.
2. Needless to say that the claim of the petitioner in this writ petition is yet to be worked out in any Court of law. In such premises, the prayer made under Article 226 of the Constitution of India in this writ petition appears to be misconceived so also the same is not a service dispute of the petitioner. This Court is assisgned with the roster service dispute.
3. Considering the aforesaid, I am not inclined to entertain the prayer made under Article 226 of the Constitution of India in this writ petition and accordingly dismissed the same at the stage of admission. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
