O R D E R
The present Civil Revision Petition has been preferred against dismissal of I.A.No.1 of 2019 in O.S.No.558 of 2013 filed by the witness (PW2) to receive the documents. The trial Court has considered that the petitioner's wife (PW2) is not a party to the suit and she is a third party and she cannot file a petition before the Court on the side of the plaintiff. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the plaintiff is willing to file a petition, due to some error, it was filed by the witness.
3. I do not find any infirmity in the order passed by the trial Court. However, it is open to the petitioner to file a petition to mark further documents with the permission of the Court. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
