(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) This petition has been filed seeking permission to take substitute service to the first respondent along with additional service by serving summons to the current address at Chennai of the first respondent.

2. Heard Mr.R.Balaramesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/appellant.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered.

4. The petitioner is permitted to take substitute of service in one popular Tamil Daily having circulation in the District of Vellore as well as in Chennai indicating the hearing date of the writ appeal within a period of two weeks and file proof for such substitute service. The petitioner is also permitted to take fresh summons to the first respondent to the current address of the first respondent at Chennai. Post the matter on 24.07.2023.
