ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking to amend the satisfaction court as Judicial Magistrate, at Sriperumbudur, instead of Judicial Magistrate, Katpadi, Vellore, Vellore District, in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.16306 of 2025, dated 28.05.2025.

2. Mr. S. Udayakumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) did not raise any objection in allowing the said petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to amend the Satisfaction Court as Judicial Magistrate, at Sriperumbudur, in the order passed in Crl.O.P. No.16306 of 2025 dated 28.05.2025 and issue fresh order copy to the party. 02-06-2025 bga Note: Issue order copy on 02.06.2025
