This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6077 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.26982 of 2022 on 27.04.2023 to report before the Special CBCID, Coimbatore, on 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the the Special CBCID, Coimbatore once in two months i.e, 1st day of every two months, until further orders.
