Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to proceeding bearing Na.Ka.No.R4/77/2020 (NH-58-2) dated 24.10.2020 passed by the second respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to follow the notification dated 20.02.2020 issued in Form-A bearing Na.Ka.No.77/2020/A2 (NH-58). ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to proceeding bearing Na.Ka.No.R4/77/2020 (NH-58-2) dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

24.10.2020 passed by the second respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to follow the notification dated 20.02.2020 issued in Form-A bearing Na.Ka.No.77/2020/A2 (NH-58).

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
