Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents No.1 and 3 to take appropriate action to curb the menace of mal-administration of the fifth respondent, by way of disposing the petitioner representation, dated 02.05.2018 in accordance with law within any prescribed period of time. It appears in this case, the petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for a direction to direct the respondents No.1 and 3 to take appropriate action to curb the menace of malhttps://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

administration of the fifth respondent, by way of disposing the petitioner representation, dated 02.05.2018 in accordance with law within the time prescribed.

2. The same does not relate to any service dispute but the petitioner with an approach to set right the maladministration of the authority/5th respondent in the School, where both the petitioner and the 5th respondent are working.

3. Therefore, this Court is of the view the dispute being not related to the service dispute and this Court is also unable to entertain this writ petition and accordingly, the same stands dismissed.
