PRAYER: Civil Revision Petitions filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, against the fair and decretal order dated 10.09.2009 made in I.A.Nos.1290 & 1289 of 2008 in I.A.Nos.90 & 89 of 2008 in O.S.No.310 of 2007 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Kangeyam, Erode District.

For Petitioners : No appearance For R1 to R11 : No appearance For R12 to R15 : Mr.S.Dhanasekaran COMMON ORDER Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 12 to 15 submitted that both the civil revision petitions are filed against the order allowing the applications to implead the proposed parties. Pending civil revision petitions, the suit in O.S.No.310 of 2007 itself has been disposed of and nothing survives in the civil revision petitions.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondents 12 to 15, both the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
