Respondents Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to refix the scale of pay of the petitioner who is working as Vocational Instructor at Rs.2000-3500 on par with the scale of pay sanctioned to

Mr.Narayanasami under G.O.Ms.No.327, dated 18.11.2013 and Vocational Instructors who were in service at the time plus 2 system was introduced in the Schools in the State of Tamil Nadu. For Petitioner : M/s.C.Uma For Respondents : Mr.L.S.M.Hasan Fizal Additional Government Pleader

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to refix the scale of pay of the petitioner, who is working as Vocational Instructor at Rs.2000-3500, on par with the scale of pay sanctioned to Mr.Narayanasami under G.O.Ms.No.327, dated 18.11.2013 and Vocational Instructors who were in service at the time of +2 system was introduced in the Schools in the State of Tamil Nadu.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the request of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in the light of the G.O.Ms.No.327,

dated 18.11.2013, sanctioned scale of pay in favour of one Mr.Narayanasami, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already considered. 4.
