Mr.Stalin Abhimanyu, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for R1. After some hearing, the petitioner prefers to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to approach the appropriate authority for interim relief. He has also made an endorsement to this effect.
2. In light of the endorsement made, this Writ Petition and the connected Miscellaneous Petition are dismissed as withdrawn.
