C.M.P.No.21538 of 2023 in C.M.P.No.1356 of 2023 in S.A.Sr.No.109254 of 2019 P.T.ASHA, J., This petition is filed for restoring the C.M.P.No.1356 of 2023 which was dismissed for default on 27.01.2023.

2. Though this Court has not passed an order restoring C.M.P.No.1356 of 2023, it is seen that the petitioners have rushed into complying with the earlier order dated 27.01.2023 wherein C.M.P.No.1356 of 2023 was ordered on condition that a sum of Rs.2,500/- to be paid as costs to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority. The said order has now been complied with on 13.09.2023. Though there is a proceedural irregularity, however, considering the fact, in substance the orders of this Court dated 25.08.2023 had been complied with, this petition is ordered and C.M.P.No.1356 of 2023 is restored to file and the delay is condoned.
