ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 27.06.2021 for the offences punishable under Section 341,294(b), 323,392,397 and 506(ii) of I.P.C , in Crime No.194 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that when the defacto complainant was driving his two wheeler in Vettavalam Road, the accused persons and some other unknown persons have intercepted the defacto complainant and robbed a VIVI 91 Mobile, worth about Rs.10,000/- and further they threatened him with dire consequences by showing knife. Hence the complainant.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he is no way connected with the alleged offences and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is a habitual offender and there are seven previous cases of similar nature pending against the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner. Hence he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate and the fact there are seven previous cases pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
