ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.03.2013 seeking continuation of employment within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that his past service in the third respondent has not been taken into consideration. Therefore, he has given a representation dated 13.03.2023 to the third respondent and seeks for a direction to the third respondent to consider the representation given by the petitioner.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.E.Veda Bagath Singh, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 2/5

respondents 1 and 3 and Mr.S.Gopinathan, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.

4. Considering the limited prayer sought in this Writ Petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation given by the petitioner on 13.03.2023 and dispose of the same on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
