This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.

M.P.No.5363 of 2023 in Crl.M.P.No.3779 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.29473 of 2022 dated 20.04.2023 that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 11.00 a.m.

until further orders".

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.

M.P.No. 5363 of 2023 in Crl.M.P.No.3779 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.29473 of 2022 dated 20.04.2023 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
