By order dated 23.01.2020, this Court directed the Court below to dispose E.P.No.3832 of 2010 in O.S.No.5490 of 1975 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. Now, the learned X Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chnnai has requested this Court to grant further period of four months to dispose of the aforesaid case. On the ground that due to nationwide lock-down imposed to curb Covid-19 pandemic, the direction issued by this Court could not be complied with.
