This application is filed to implead the proposed third and fourth respondents as third and fourth respondents in the Contempt Petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government pleader appearing for the official respondents.

3. After hearing both sides, this Court is of the view that the proposed respondents are necessary parties and if they are impleaded, no prejudice would be caused to them. Further, if the proposed respondents are impleaded and heard, it will aid this Court to find out whether the order of this Court dated 01.09.2021 in WP.No.15106 of 2016 has been violated or not. Hence, this application is allowed.

4. Notice to the impleaded respondents returnable by 14.12.2022.

5. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and post the matter on 14.12.2022.
