They have entered into a memo of compromise. Respondents 2, 3 and 4 are represented by their power of attorney agent, Mr.Udhayakumar. They have agreed to the essential terms as set forth in the memo of 2/4

compromise. There is nothing in the memo of compromise which is illegal or contrary to law. It is recorded. CRP.No.478 of 2014 is disposed of in terms of the memo of compromise. It shall form part of this order. CRP.No.4086 of 2016:

2.Memo has been filed stating that the decree holder has received the entire amount. The said memo is recorded. CRP.No.4086 of 2016 is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
