ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.1 of 2020 pending on the file of the respondent police and quash the same against these petitioners.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the final report has also been filed before the Special Court for POCSO Cases, Chennai on 24.02.2023.

4. In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), nothing survives for further consideration in this Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
