ORDER
The prayer in the writ petition is to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to attend the classes in the first respondent college, for the academic year 2013-2014, comprising of Seventh and Eighth Semesters in respect of B.E. (Mechanical) course and permit the petitioner to writ the examination for seventh and eighth semesters and also the five arrear papers, namely, a) Fundamental of Computer; b) Mathematics III (Transform and Partial Differential Equation); c) Mathematics IV (Statistics and Numerical Methods); d) Dynamics of Machinery; and e) Hydraulics and Pneumatics and to declare the results.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that since the petitioner has sought to attend the classes for the academic year 2013-2014 and the academic year itself is already over, nothing survives for adjudication in the matter and the writ petition has become infructuous.
3. Recording the same, the writ petition stands disposed of as having become infructuous, leaving it open to the petitioner to go before the competent authority for any other relief. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
