PETITION under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order in Rc.No.5593/2011/E2 dated 11.3.2013 passed by the first respondent, quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to pass orders treating the petitioner as an innocent purchaser in the light of G.O.(Ms)No.565 Revenue Department dated 26.9.2008 in respect of vacant land of the petitioner bearing Plot No.A, L&T Colony comprised in survey No.60/3, No.104, Virugambakkam Village, Mambalam Guindy Taluk Chennai District measuring an extent of 1,785 sq.ft.
