Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to include the names of the petitioners in the panel for promotion to the post of Higher Secondary School Headmaster for the year 2014 in the appropriate place by considering the entire length of service from the date of initial appointment to the post of PG Assistant and consequently direct the respondents to promote the petitioners to the post of Higher Secondary School Headmasters based on such seniority with consequential and other attendant benefits.
