Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 5th respondent not to collect any fees from the children of the petitioner namely Yashwanth Krishnaa, studying 3rd standard and Jaswitha, studying UKG who have got admission under the quota earmarked for children of weaker section as per the mandate contained in the Right of Children to free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 and ensure that the children of the petitioner should be treated equally as that of other student based on the petitioner's representation dated 13.05.2023. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 4 and perused the materials available on record. There is no representation on behalf of the fifth respondent.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 13.05.2023, conduct enquiry, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the fifth respondent, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
