Prayer: This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to fix a stipulated time limit for the speedy disposal of the suit in O.S.No.11 of 2016 on the file of the Sub Ordinate Judge, Ponneri by appreciating the above stated facts and circumstances and pass orders For Petitioner : Mr. Jayshree Dharbar

ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to direct the Sub Ordinate Judge, Ponneri for the speedy disposal of the suit in O.S.No.11 of 2016

2. The facts of the case is that the petitioner is the original owner of the subject property and the second petitioner is the husband of the first petitioner. Whileso, the respondents herein entered into a criminal conspiracy and created forged documents and registered the property in the name of the first respondent. Aggrieved over the illegal act of the respondents, the petitioners filed a suit in O.S.No.11 of 2016 before the Sub Ordinate Judge, Ponneri and the same is pending. Hence the petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to dispose of the said suit as early as possible.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the suit proceedings was unnecessarily dragged by the respondents in order to deprive their right over the subject property. She further submits that the second petitioner is about 60 years and bedridden. Hence she prays to issue a direction to the learned Sub Ordinate Judge, Ponneri to dispose of the suit

in O.S.No.11 of 2016 as early as possible .

4. In view of the above, the learned Sub Ordinate Judge, Ponneri is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.11 of 2016 within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
