In the first miscellaneous petition, the prayer sought for is to seek permission to amend the prayer and in the second miscellaneous petition, the prayer sought for is to raise additional grounds in the main writ petition.

2. When the writ petition came up for hearing on 14.06.2022, this Court passed the following order.

The petitioner challenges the order of rejection of certain pay benefits refused by the University by an order dated 29.03.2015.

On a perusal of the said order dated 23.09.2015, which is impugned in this writ petition, it is found that the said order was passed based on the Syndicate resolution dated 11.02.2011, under which the earlier resolution of the University dated 21.05.2010 by which certain benefits has to be extended to the petitioner, was superseded.

3. Since the resolution dated 21.05.2010 is superseded by the subsequent resolution of the University dated 11.02.2011, as of now the resolution of the University dated 21.05.2010 is not in force, therefore based on which, no benefit 1 / 3

can be sought for. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner, after realizing this factor, wants to challenge the resolution of the University dated 11.02.2011 in an appropriate proceedings. Hence, he wants some time. Post the matter after four weeks.

3. Pursuant to which, these two miscellaneous petitions have been filed. As it has become necessitated to make amendment to the prayer, the said petition in W.M.P.No.18576 of 2022 is ordered. As a consequential prayer, the prayer sought for in W.M.P.No.20221 of 2022 is also ordered.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the amendment. Since the petitioner has filed additional grounds in the main writ petition, it is open to the respondent University to file a counter affidavit for the amended prayer as well as the additional grounds raised, within a period of two weeks.

5. Post the writ petition after two weeks.
