2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and also considering the submissions made, these petitions are allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title with regard to the death of the 1st respondent in S.A.No.2261 of 2004, if the papers are otherwise in order and also issue notice to the newly added respondents, returnable by 23.04.2025.

5. Post the case on 23.04.2025.
