ORDER

According to the petitioner, he was working in the respondent Corporation as contract worker from the year 1982 and as Indconserve worker from the year 1993. While so, he was suffering from vision impairment and was short listed for regularisation in NLC under handicapped category and he attended the interview in the year 2006. Subsequently, on 19.01.2006, the fourth respondent directed the petitioner to produce physically handicapped certificate issued by the competent authority in a proper format to consider his candidature for regularisation under PH quota through proper channel. petitioner produced the medical certificate to the fourth respondent, who inturn, proposed his name along with six others from Mine-1 Unit to the third respondent vide Lr.No.Corp/P&A/465/1511/2006 dated 07.02.2006. However, he was not considered. Thereafter, he sent representation dated 11.12.2013 to the first respondent and representation dated 22.11.2013 to the second respondent, but none of which yielded any response. Hence, the petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to dispose of the said representations.

2.Heard both sides and perused the documents filed along with this writ petition.

3.Considering the limited relief sought for herein, this Court directs the respondents to consider the representations dated 22.11.2013 and 11.12.2013 submitted by the petitioner, if not already considered, and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
