ORDER
The prayer made in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to prepare a regular panel for promotion to the posts of Deputy Superintendent of Police for the year 2013-2014 for a total number of 141 posts including the petitioner and 57 other persons coming within the zone of consideration. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the petitioner's name was included in the panel for promotion to the post in question and hence, nothing survives for adjudication. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
