ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the first respondent in connection with the impugned order of cancellation of patta No.422, Villangagu Pakkam, Madavaram Taluk, issued by the first respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.17879/2013/Aa3, dated 05.03.2014, quash the same and consequently direct the first and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

second respondents to restore the petitioner's name in the patta and all the revenue records.

2. When the matter was listed on 02.11.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed on 09.11.2021 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today i.e., 09.11.2021 the matter is listed under the caption for dismissal, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
