By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
The petitioner claims to be the co-owner of the land admeasuring to an extent of 3 acres and 56 cents of vacant plot in TS.No.131/1, 131/2, 131/3 situate at Kalki Krishnamurthy
Salai [Lattice Bridge Road], Tiruvanmiyur, by way of succession and when the petitioner along with the other co-owners wanted to dispose of the property, they were shocked to note that very many fraudulently fabricated documents came into existence and in this regard, a detailed representation dated 07.03.2016 was sent to the respondents 1 and 2 and though it was received and acknowledged, no response was forthcoming and hence, the petitioner had sent a reminder dated 05.06.2016 to the 2nd respondent and since it has also failed to invoke any response, the petitioner came forward to file this writ petition. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Govindasamy, learned Special Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2.
This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the same, directs the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 07.03.2016 as well as the reminder dated 05.06.2016 in accordance with law, after putting on notice, the respondents 3 to 7 and pass orders within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as to the respondents 3 to 7. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
