These petitions have been filed seeking to condone the delay of 39 days in filing the above captioned C.M.As.

2.Mr.P.Harish, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the sole respondent and submitted that the petitioners have not shown sufficient cause for the delay.

3.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned. Hence, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.
