2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 and 2 fairly submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, the petitioner, who sought the above relief, has breathed his last and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
