This petition has been filed to declare the 2nd respondent as major and discharge the 1st respondent from guardianship in the above Second Appeal.
2. The learned counsel for the appellants would submit that the 2nd respondent in the above appeal, namely, Boomibalamathu, was a minor at the time of filing the appeal, and now he has attained majority and has become major. Hence, he prays to declare him as Major in the said appeal.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents have raised no objection for declaring Boomibalamathu as major in the above appeal.
4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the appellants and in view of the no objection raised by the learned counsel for the respondents, this petition is allowed.
5. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title and post this matter on 20.12.2022.
