O R D E R

The Petitioner herein alleging that the police is harassing her under the guise of investigation, filed the present petition seeking protection.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the compliant was against Venkata Subramaniam,who is the husband of the petitioner. While so, the petitioner is called to the station and asked to be in the station for the whole day without any enquiry.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submit that the FIR.No.1 of 2024 was registered on 05.02.2024 for the offence under Sections 120(B) ,465, 468, 471, 477A and 420 r/.w 34 of IPC as against ten accused. The first accused is the husband of this petitioner. Investigation indicates that the petitioner is also involved in the alleged crime. Hence, the police has contemplated to serve notice on the petitioner for her cooperation to the investigation. To tepid the said attempt, the present petition is filed making false allegation,

4. This court, on perusing the representation of the petitioner herein, finds that the petitioner is the wife of A1 / Venkata Subramaniam 2/4

and admittedly, she is having certain knowledge about the money transaction. Therefore, interrogation is necessary. At the same time, the petitioner cannot be called to the station under the guise of investigation without proper notice.
